Mr. Brockwell joined Big Rock Partners in 2015. Prior to joining Big Rock Partners, Mr. Brockwell was a Founding Partner with Crocker Partners. Crocker Partners targeted investments in office and mixed-use assets in the southeastern United States. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Brockwell was directly involved with $950 million of investments. Mr. Brockwell oversaw all aspects of the partnership's business in Florida and Texas, including investments, asset management, property management, leasing, construction and development of office and mixed-use property types. Additionally, Mr. Brockwell was heavily involved with the partnership's capital raising efforts, including the formation of a commingled discretionary private equity fund and numerous joint ventures with institutions.

Prior to founding Crocker Partners, Mr. Brockwell served as Executive Vice President of CRT Properties, a $1.8 public REIT, and oversaw capital markets and investments for the company. Since 1994, Mr. Brockwell has overseen the acquisition, value enhancement and disposition of real estate with a value in excess of $4.5 billion.

Mr. Brockwell has been involved with institutional quality real estate in the United States for 30 years. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1986 and subsequently went on to work for the real estate subsidiary of Equitable Life before taking his first position with Crocker & Company in 1994.

Mr. Brockwell holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University.
