Mr. Nealon joined Big Rock Partners in 2016. Prior to Big Rock Partners, Mr. Nealon served as an Executive Director with Lifespace Communities from 2006 to 2015. During his time with Lifespace he was Executive Director of the Waterford, a Continuing Care Retirement Community with 288 residential apartments and 60 skilled nursing beds. Mr. Nealon also assisted as interim Executive Director for Harbour's Edge, a CCRC with 266 residential apartments and 40 skilled nursing beds. Additionally, Mr. Nealon served as Lifespace Home Health Administrator from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Nealon worked for Life Care Services beginning as Assistant Administrator for Friendship Village of South Hills, a CCRC with 295 residential apartments, 70 skilled nursing beds and 19 memory care beds, and was then promoted to Associate Administrator. Later he was transferred to the Cypress of Hilton Head Island, a CCRC with 323 residential apartments 40 skilled nursing beds and 15 memory care beds, to be its Administrator while serving as interim Executive Director as needed.

Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Mr. Nealon attended Ohio University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration.
