Mr. Fong joined Big Rock Partners in 2015. Prior to joining Big Rock Partners, Mr. Fong most recently served as Business Development and Marketing Consultant for the Syndiant Corporation, a microchip manufacturer based in Plano, Texas, focusing on pico-projection technologies. Prior to joining Syndiant, Mr. Fong created and managed AsiaUnique, one of the first sourcers and importers of Chinese building finishes in the United States.

Mr. Fong also worked with JF International as part of its private equity and venture capital divisions. During his time with JF International, Mr. Fong helped identify and negotiate with potential target companies to assist with early-stage and bridge financing, as well as helping implement and cultivate business opportunities and marketing strategies.

Mr. Fong graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian history. He also has earned a JD, with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law and an MS in biomedical science from Barry University.
