Sunset Millennium
BRP managed all aspects of the Sunset Millennium project, a $450 million mixed-use development in West Hollywood, CA. The development was proposed to have included two hotels with 300 total rooms, 190 condominium units, a 70,000 square foot office building, 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and over 2,200 parking spaces.
While working for the Los Angeles office of Apollo Real Estate Advisors, the principals of BRP were responsible for the complicated entitlement, design, and development feasibility of Sunset Millennium. A series of billboards and 'tall wall' advertising contributed to the complex financing structure of the project.
