The building was designed by Steven Ehrlich Architects and featured ground floor retail and subterranean parking in the heart of Beverly Hills.
Thesis
Through BRP's market presence, BRP witnessed the increasing demand and rental premium tenants paid for new office product and ground floor retail in the Beverly Hills market. This investment opportunity was brought to BRP off-market by its leasing broker for 315 S. Beverly Drive.
